Loved the allergen information at the buffet. Travelling with a child with allergies in the Philippines is already stressful as it is and having the information there without having to ask for it really helped.

Great stay. The room was great. Staff was amazing! Everyone was just amazing. The front desk staff was naturally conversational, making for a great start to our stay at the hotel. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to visit Cebu.

Really classy accommodation for reasonable price, staff are very professional, rooftop pool with excellent views. But the best part for me is the breakfasts. So much choice it is incredible, including my favourite as an Englishman - bread and butter pudding. Well placed near Parkmall which has lots of good restaurants. Room really comfortable and comes with massive bed and shower temperature and pressure so good we didn't actually ever use full power.

This hotel is a very comfortable place. You have the pool area, gym and business center in case you want to work/study. It’s easy to get to the airport and Mactan especially Shangri-La with nice beaches. The room is big, clean and I slept well. Internet works well.

Bai hotel is my favorite place to stay every my vacation in Philippines visiting my family. The place was seems safe and convenient for the shopping mall. The staffs are polite and very accommodating and with smiles. The rooms are good and bed are comfy. Foods is the best too I love buffet there are different varieties that we can choose my favorite dishes. And one more i forgot to say is very close from the Airport 20min drive from airport to Bai hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Ruby

Our stay in Bai hotel marked the end of our trip to Cebu .. And this hotel is exceptional per se. The front desk ,the staff .. they welcomed us with a smile .After check out , A staff helped us in arranging airport transfer ( Sir fred(?) and Jason) as we were desperate on hailing 2 taxis( we were a group of 7) . They were alert in whatever assistance they could provide. We were more than grateful. The rooms were well decorated and very clean , cozy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered lot to choose from . And the pool ! ... located at the 21st floor with pretty relax and chill areas and with the nicest view of Cebu! Too bad we didnt explore further coz we are too tired already . Next time maybe; Can't wait to go back!

A luxurious blessing in disguise: I mistakenly took an old convention center to be the venue of a natcon, and booked a good hotel nearest it. Short story- venue was in a diff location, further inside the city center. Turned out that “mistake” will give us a luxurious respite, we didn’t think we needed. From the beddings 🥰, room😍 and amenities, buffet breakfast 😋 — all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were very patient to assist in my internet connection needS too! Their Executive Lounge was just perfectly conducive for meetings not only inperson but online! bai Hotel Cebu went above and beyond! Salamat kaayo! Highly recommended! ❤️

Luxurious hotel (as per local standard). Definitely the best I have stayed at in Philippines. Clean, super nice staff, th pools at 21 floor are great, the breakfast is just mind-blowing - have not seen such a buffet ever. Short walk to the mall. 20 min. to Cebu airport.
